Owner of Clarity Fitness Coaching and mum to four amazing humans!
I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Menopause Specialist Coach, Precision Nutrition L2 Certified Coach, CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach, and an advocate for healthy living! I am passionate about empowering women to take action on their health and fitness goals so that they can transform their lives.
I believe that everyone deserves to be in the best health possible for themselves and their families, and that being fit and physically healthy is fundamental to living with energy, vitality and purpose.

I am passionate about the whole health of the women I have the privilege to work with. My goal is to make fitness and nutrition as easy as possible for you, and still achieve your goals.

WHAT IS ONLINE COACHING?
Online coaching provides accountability and ongoing communication. It provides a platform for education, customisation, and a whole health perspective or holistic approach to measuring progress and results.
My approach is centred around the people I work with, and tailored to meet you where you are at. Working with your strengths and challenging your limitations, I will help you to feel stronger, lose weight and get toned, ditch the dieting mentality, and create habits that will lead to sustainable results.

My 12 week online coaching program, The REViVE Method, will get you moving forward to loving your body, from surviving to thriving, and will help you understand how to eat and exercise the right way for your body in midlife.
What you get:
Training Program - your customised exercise program will be designed specifically for your goals, your access to equipment and to fit into your life. Your fitness plan will be delivered on my app, where you can follow along to video demonstrations and record your progress and workouts.
Nutrition Guidance - my approach to nutrition is personalised to you and your goals. Food is more than calories and macronutrients and we all have a different relationship with food. I work with you to set appropriate targets and nutrition goals and give you the tools and support you need to ahere to the changes.
Habit coaching - Small habits (behaviours, routines) are what we base our lives on. We will dig into these and together set targets to give you something to action and keep you accountable.
Weekly lessons and mindset coaching - Women in midlife are often hard on themselves and carry with them unhelpful beliefs from the past. We delve into the mindset traps that might be holding you back from achieving lasting success with weight loss or your health goals.
Goal Setting and Results tracking - Your goals are YOUR goals. I will help you gain clarity on your goals and help you set short term goals in pursuit of your most meaningful goal. I will provide personalised in-app results tracking to help you work towards them.
Weekly Check-In - a weekly written form to review and reflect on your week is non-negotiable. This is your opportunity to learn and grow and I will provide you with video or written feedback based on your challenges and successes for the week. People who engage fully with the check in process get the best results!
Complete 1:1 Support - You have unlimited access to me as a 1:1 client via my App. I am available between check-ins if you need support, have a question or want to share any wins!
Monthly Zoom Review Call - Optional monthly review call where we can discuss your struggles and wins, and work through anything that might be holding you back.
Add on Personal Training Session (in person if you live near me, or on Zoom if you are afar!)
My 12 Week Program 'The REViVE Method' is $1197 AUD (3 pmts of $399). Graduates of the Program have the option to stay on with ongoing support, guidance and workout programs.
Fun Facts about me:
I love the ocean and being at the beach, but I really don’t like cold water
I have 4 kids aged between 12 and 21
I have lived on 3 continents in 4 different countries
I learnt to handstand when I was 43
I completed two 365 day Handstand challenges - (Currently doing my third challenge)
I love running and coffee dates with my mum-friends
I once spent Christmas Eve stranded in a remote town in Turkey where no one spoke English
I had 4 cesarean sections
Did I mention I LOVE COFFEE
If I could have a superpower it would be teleportation
I spent a month travelling through Vietnam on $500
I completed a 200km Fund-raising cycle adventure from Toronto to Niagara Falls
Not a FUN fact, but I have an autoimmune disease called Hashimotos Thyroiditis

MY PHILOSOPHY
I have a great respect for the human body, and I am truly passionate about the role that fitness and nutrition have in helping us to live our best life. I believe that there are no quick fixes to achieve goals that are meaningful.
CLARITY fitness is about becoming CLEAR on what it means to you to have Body Freedom and love your life. It is about striving for your goals, working with your body, overcoming your personal challenges and unique obstacles, and enjoying the process along the way!
This means being CONSISTENT. Being open to LEARNING. Becoming EMPOWERED. Practicing AWARENESS and taking RESPONSIBILITY for the actions that will lead you towards your goals.
